Study and account support
If you have a browser-save or result support identifier, include it so we can find the right record. Do not send passwords or identity documents unless we explain why a specific check is needed.
Privacy, data requests and complaints
Ask for access, correction, deletion or an explanation of a study recommendation. You can also object to our use of your data. You can contact us yourself if you are under 18; a parent does not automatically get access to your records.
We normally respond to data-rights requests within one calendar month, subject to lawful exceptions. We acknowledge privacy complaints within 30 days and investigate without undue delay. You can complain to the ICO without completing our process first.
