Free UK study terms

How the free community edition works.

Examber helps you decide what to study next for AWS Cloud Practitioner CLF-C02. The beta is free, for people aged 15 or over who are currently in the UK.

Version: 2026-09-20-uk-v2. Updated 20 September 2026.

1. Who provides Examber

Jack Tam provides Examber as an individual from England, United Kingdom. Contact support@examber.com.

2. Age and location

You must be at least 15 and currently in the UK to use study features, including saved results and practice. Do not use a VPN or inaccurate declaration to get around the restriction. If you leave the UK, pause study until you return. Public information, sign-out and privacy support remain available worldwide.

If you are 15–17, use the service only if you understand how it works. Ask a trusted adult or contact us if you need help. You can stop at any time. These terms do not require you or a parent to pay, provide a guarantee or give up rights the law protects. A declaration is not proof of age or parental consent.

3. Free access and what is included

The current beta provides a CLF-C02 diagnostic, answer explanations, study suggestions and the available focused-practice features. Progress and eligible diagnostic retests are included. Free access does not mean unlimited fresh questions or permanent storage of study history. Question coverage is limited and may include repeated material; the service explains when evidence is limited.

The community edition is personally funded. Its available core study features are free, without a temporary premium grant, advertising, affiliate income or price-feedback questions. There is no card collection, charge, purchase commitment or automatic renewal. Any later paid service would require a separate offer and your choice to buy.

4. Study guidance and your choices

Recommendations use your answers and linked practice history to suggest topics and questions. They are study guidance, not an official score, exam eligibility decision or pass guarantee. Check current exam requirements with the exam provider. Examber is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services.

You choose whether to start a diagnostic, save progress or enter focused practice. Optional website analytics is separate and declining it does not reduce study access. The privacy notice explains the use of data, retention, rights and objections. Reading these terms is not consent to optional tracking.

5. Using the content and account

We give you permission to use the available content for your own study during your access period. Do not resell or redistribute the question bank, publish answer keys, impersonate someone, share account credentials, disrupt the service or access another person’s records. This does not limit uses or rights permitted by law. Third-party names and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Browser-only saves depend on that browser’s cookie and cannot be recovered after it is lost. A linked account can reopen its saved records through the configured sign-in service. Keep your account secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.

6. Changes, interruptions and suspension

The beta may be interrupted for maintenance or faults. We aim to correct reported problems, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change content to correct mistakes, improve learning or comply with law.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal requirements or an eligibility failure. We will explain the reason and provide a way to challenge a mistake where doing so is lawful and safe. Changes will not create a charge or silently extend obligations. Where practicable, we will give reasonable advance notice of material reductions or closure and explain how to request saved data.

7. Stopping and your data

You can stop using the service at any time, sign out, or stop study access on this browser. Signing out or stopping study does not itself delete saved records. Use privacy support to request a copy, correction or deletion. We may verify that the records are yours before acting.

8. Your legal rights and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not ask you to indemnify us or accept unlimited liability.

Contact support if something goes wrong. These terms apply only so far as they are valid under the law that applies to you. They do not remove mandatory consumer protections or prevent you from using a court available to you under applicable law. We do not require disputes to be heard exclusively in England.
